We reserve the right to alter these prices without prior notice. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and regulations of Ross Park. The Management reserves the right to refuse anyone admission to the Park, whether booked or not. The Management also reserves the right to remove any person (or property) who in its opinion is not suitable to use the Park, or whose behaviour is considered by The Management to be detrimental to the interests of other guests. Ross Park will not be held responsible in any way, either directly or indirectly, for the possessions of guests staying on the Park.

Please note: For everyone's safety, we request that bicycles are not ridden on the main part of the Park but on the leisure field only.

*Only breathable groundsheets are permitted. Please advise prior to arrival if you will be using an awning annexe or pup tent.
